Terms of Service

Mall Verse is a product discovery service. Browse retailer collections, keep your sizes together and complete purchases on retailers’ own websites.

Sample collections

Items marked Sample demonstrate the experience. Their images, prices and size labels are not offers for sale, and they do not establish that a retailer stocks a particular product or has approved a partnership with Mall Verse.

Retailer collections

Items marked Retailer offer use downloaded retailer catalogue data. Prices and stock can change after a download. Missing size or audience information is not treated as a size match; confirm sizes and final prices on the retailer’s website. Access to product data does not imply an approved affiliate relationship.

Size labels and fit

Product matching compares your saved size labels with available labels for the same category and audience. A well-fitting reference from the same brand takes priority over your general size. This does not establish that sizes are equivalent across brands or guarantee fit. The separate chart preview identifies its sources; check the product’s size guide before buying.

Retailer purchases

Mall Verse does not take payments or fulfil orders. When you follow a retailer link, you leave Mall Verse. Any purchase, delivery or return is handled by that retailer under its own terms. Where a verified basket link is available, it may add one unit of the selected variant to the retailer’s basket. Review the item, quantity, price and delivery before paying.

Your saved information

Guest profiles and saved pieces are held in this browser. Signing in lets you save private size profiles to your account across devices. The Privacy Policy describes storage, optional imports and deletion. Keep your sign-in email account secure and only save information about another person when you have their permission.

Retailer identity

Retailer names identify collections and external destinations. They do not imply endorsement. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
