Mall Verse helps you discover retailer products using the sizes you choose to save. You can browse as a guest or sign in to keep your size profiles across devices.

What stays in this browser

Your profile names, brand and model references, fit notes, size labels, optional measurements, previously saved measurements and saved collection are stored in this browser’s local storage while you are a guest. Your saved collection remains in this browser, including when you sign in. The chart preview runs in your browser.

When you sign in

We store your account identifier, email address, name and sign-in session information to provide your account. Google sign-in may also provide a profile image. Email sign-in uses Resend to deliver a one-time link to the address you enter. Google and Resend process this information under their own privacy policies.

Profiles you save while signed in, including optional measurements, fit notes and brand references, are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database and loaded for your account on other devices. Guest profiles are copied into an empty account only when you choose to import them. Account profiles are not written to browser local storage. Essential, secure session cookies keep you signed in; your browser may retain them until they expire or you sign out.

Changing or removing your information

Adult account holders can separately opt in, for their own profile, to contribute item fit reports. This is off by default and importing guest profiles does not enable it. We store the contributing account and profile identifiers privately so that reports can be paired and removed. Shared facts are limited to brand, exact item name, category, sizing audience, width, size system and label, and fit outcome. We exclude names, free-text notes and body measurements from those contributions. Children’s and babies’ profiles do not participate.

Other signed-in shoppers can see grouped paired reports when at least five other accounts support a result. They cannot see contributor identities or individual profiles. Reports are self-reported and are not a validated prediction of fit. Uncheck participation in My sizes and save to withdraw; clearing sizes, removing the profile or deleting the account also removes its active contributions. Withdrawal takes effect after the change is saved successfully, and recovery copies follow the backup retention described below.

Open My sizes to edit your profile or clear its references, sizes and measurements. Additional profiles can be removed there. Open Saved to remove individual pieces. To remove browser data, use your browser’s site-data settings for this site. Clearing cached images alone does not remove local storage. In Account, you can delete your synced profiles or delete your account and its sign-in details. This removes the active database records; recovery copies may remain for Cloudflare’s backup retention period. Deleting an account does not clear guest profiles or saved pieces held separately in your browser.

Retailer websites

Retailer links open an external website, where that retailer’s privacy policy applies. Mall Verse does not attach your profile name or measurements to those links. Links for connected offers may pass through an affiliate network, which may process the click and use cookies under its own policy. Mall Verse does not load affiliate tracking scripts in the page.

Optional usage analytics and interface tests

If you choose Allow analytics, we use PostHog’s EU-hosted service to understand page visits, product discovery, size-profile completion and clicks to retailers, and to compare interface variations. We use a random browser identifier stored locally to connect these actions and keep a test variation consistent. This is pseudonymous usage data, not anonymous data. We do not send names, emails, saved size labels, measurements, fit notes, search terms or sign-in links to PostHog. Session recordings, automatic click capture and advertising tracking are disabled. We strip URL query strings and fragments before sending page information.

Your consent choice is stored for up to 180 days. You can withdraw it through Analytics preferences in the footer; collection then stops and the analytics identifier is removed from local storage. Declining does not affect shopping or your account. Withdrawal does not erase previously collected events. Contact us for a data request. PostHog processes the IP address needed to receive a request; we configure IP anonymisation and disable geographic enrichment. The analytics provider’s retention and backups apply to events already received.

Where the data goes

We do not contribute fit reports without the separate opt-in described above. When filtering connected offers by size, the selected size labels, brand references needed for matching and shopping audience are sent to our catalogue service to find matches. Profile names, fit notes and measurements are not included in catalogue searches. Opening a saved offer sends its product identifier to check current availability. Fonts and sample images are served with the app; retailer images load from the image providers supplied in the feed. Hosting and image providers may process standard request information, including your IP address. Cloudflare hosts the app and account database. Sign-in rate limits use request information to reduce abuse. Mall Verse does not intentionally log sign-in links, credentials or profile contents.

Shared devices

Someone using the same browser profile can see guest information and saved pieces. Sign out of your account and clear this site’s storage when using a shared device if you do not want browser data retained.
